We currently offer nationwide shipping across Zambia.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping may be available for orders above in [ZMW].
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
If your package is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your order.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges in the following cases:
You received the wrong item.
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
The hat must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at Info@hats.africa with your order details and reason for the exchange.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions.
Return the product to the address provided.
Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange.
Exchange Shipping Costs
If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
If you wish to exchange for a different item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds & Cancellations
We do not offer refunds, except when an exchange is not possible.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
